Can you spare a couple of hours to help? Volunteers needed for Sunday 29th October start 10:30 am at the Cemetery Main gates. Working with our new Ranger, the jobs proposed will be vegetation clearance/general maintenance, leaf clearing and litter picking - nothing too heavy. Will also include groups of you been given a tour round to explore the Cemetery and its history. If you can come along or know someone who does, please comment below so I have an idea of numbers (so we can get the right amount of equipment and tea organised). No equipment needed but please wear sturdy shoes. Thanks!
This year sees the Armistice Day commemorations on the 11th and the traditional Remembrance Sunday Parade and Service fall on the same weekend. Everyone welcome to attend both services.
